I’m Hanna, an Experience Designer with business mindset.

I’m a versatile Finnish designer with a passion for progress and fascination for the beautiful things in life.

My background is broad, with masters from both business and design, and I have largely continued to stretch the “T-shape” as a Design Thinking evangelist in traditional settings and at the same time a promoter of business mindsets in design.

So far in my career I have lived in three continents, three years of which in China. There I got the fundamentals of the language, but also many local friends and a deep dive into the culture. I am always on the lookout for new perspectives and it is one of the reasons why I got passionate about strategic design in the first place.

Working with design challenges in Europe, China and USA motivated me to better understand the structures behind projects in order to make real impact. I believe that design together with the education and empowerment of others can help shift our focus economically, environmentally and culturally, and so make change for the better.

I am currently working as a consultant at a multidisciplinary design and engineering agency based in Oslo, Norway.
